Cindy Shoemaker

Cindy Shoemaker has spent 10 years in real estate retained executive search and has prior experience in executive coaching, facilitation and development and training in the retail sector. Her focus has been on owner/developers, REITs, and investment firms. Asset classes include multifamily, mixed-use, single family & single-family rental, shopping center, hospitality, industrial, office and senior living. Cindy has placed an entire spectrum of SVPs and Senior Managing Directors down to Associates in development, construction, acquisitions, asset management, property management, investment management and investment banking.

A longtime city of Pittsburgh resident, Cindy recently moved east to historic Ligonier, PA in the Laurel Highlands where she can bike the numerous rail trails and be in nature. Cindy is a graduate of the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and enjoys art, design and drawing with graphite. She also likes to take time to read nonfiction, attend an Open tennis match or a Penguins game, or catch a Formula One race.
