Edite Agolli

Edite Agolli is an alternative asset management professional servicing hedge fund clients. Edite has nearly eighteen years of hedge fund experience, having spent thirteen years in hedge fund risk management and the last five as an investment talent recruiter for midsize and large hedge fund clients.

Her buyside career began at Amaranth Advisors LLC and Highbridge Capital Management. Her decade long experience working closely with investment teams internally helped develop a new interest and created space for a career pivot. Following her departure in 2016, Edite spent several months as the apprentice to an industry veteran in hedge fund investment talent and c-suite recruiting. Having a renewed path to explore her passion for the industry, Edite founded Beylere Advisors LLC.

Edite completed her studies in Finance at Iona College and is a CAIA level II candidate. She prides herself in being a lifelong student of remarkable people in Finance and Tech. She is an avid reader of new and innovative subject matters, technological developments, and thought leaders. She continues to explore her passion for languages and is fluent in Albanian and Italian and a beginner in French. She is also exploring her growing passion for digital assets and cryptocurrencies.
