Anthony Fanzo and Chris Papa, veterans of the staffing industry, started Jackson Lucas to offer specialized, high-touch, retained executive search.

  • In 2017, Jackson Lucas focused on the real estate and technology verticals.

  • In 2020, Jackson Lucas expanded into new markets by hiring new partners and launching the company’s investment banking and asset management and alternatives disciplines.

  • Between 2021 and 2023, the team welcomed additional senior and junior talent, expanding offerings into the legal, hospitality, digital marketing, and human resources industries.

  • In 2023, Jackson Lucas research officially rebranded to EMM Human Capital Analytics.

  • Jackson Lucas continues to consider additional talent with deep expertise in response to client needs and market demands.
