Matthew Chen comes from over 10 years of executive search and organizational development experience with specific focus within the Hospitality and Commercial Real Estate industries. With experience across the Americas and Asia Pacific, Matthew has successfully built leadership teams across small/mid-size enterprises as well as large multinational corporations across both the Americas and Asia Pacific and has specialized expertise with independent/lifestyle hotels, franchise owner/operators, and gaming & spa businesses.

Matthew earned his degree from Cornell University as a part of their School of Hotel Administration and spent his early career working in corporate operations for various global hospitality businesses, including the Banyan Tree Group and the Waldorf Astoria.
