Michael Moran

Michael Moran has over 20 years of experience in the real estate and investment management industries. Prior to recruiting, Mike was the Global Investment Strategist for Heitman’s global REIT portfolios. He directed global investment strategy for portfolios with up to $6 billion in AUM. In addition, Mike led the investor relations efforts for the team, including institutional sales and marketing, thought leadership, and content creation while serving as the client portfolio manager. He began his real estate career in commercial development.

Mike is a CFA Charterholder with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He resides in the Chicago area with his family.
